She boked the taxi and your staff were very helpful. She was picked up on time and they had agreed to pick her up afterwards. So after her visit to the pharmacy she had time to get a coffee and a slice of cake before you kindly picked her up again. The service was fantastic and in this day and age it was nice that a company was still so caring and considerate as she does not like travelling on her own.
